Senior Accountant

Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in either Subic Bay Freeport Zone or Legazpi. In this role, you’ll take ownership of financial accounting and reporting for assigned partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position where your expertise will directly contribute to the financial success of our partners and the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

Depending on partner assignment, you will:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and controls.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Evident relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Nice to have: Relevant UK Accounting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
