Full-Stack Developer

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 5-Day Workweek, Midshift Schedule (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM during UK DST or 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM PH Time)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance modern web applications and business software solutions. This role is ideal for a strong mid-level developer with expertise in Laravel, React, and TypeScript who enjoys solving real-world business challenges, building scalable applications, and embracing AI-assisted software development. You will work across multiple projects, taking ownership of development tasks from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases (PostgreSQL and/or MySQL).
  • Develop AI-enabled features and integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
  • Enhance existing software platforms and build new application features.
  • Deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable code following modern development best practices.
  • Participate in source control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4–6 years of commercial software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Laravel, PHP, React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
  • Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Angular.
  • SaaS application development experience.
  • Multi-tenant application architecture.
  • Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Graph integrations.
  • Experience supporting production business applications.
