At Intelligent Outsourcing, we take data protection seriously and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR (United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Collection and Use of Client Information

During the course of delivering Intelligent Outsourcing’s service to our Clients, we may collect information from the Client, some of which may be of a confidential nature. This may include names, addresses and bank details as appear on the Client’s systems at any given time. Any information collected for the purpose of a contracted task will be used only in connection with that task and will be securely disposed of (deleted) within 10 days of the contracted task being completed.

The information provided by the Client to us will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our instructions from the Client. In the event that information has to be provided to a third party, a written request will be made from us to the Customer for permission to disclose any sensitive information.

Any personal, privileged or sensitive information obtained will not be used in connection with any act other than the contracted task unless requested by the Customer in writing or by our request in writing to the Customer and upon a receipt from the Customer that the same may be permitted.

Third-Party Disclosure

We will never disclose sensitive or personal information to third parties without explicit written consent from the client. If disclosure is necessary to fulfil a task, we will request permission in writing and proceed only upon receiving written authorisation.

Data Usage and Consent

No personal, privileged, or sensitive information will be used for any purpose other than the contracted task unless:

• Requested by the client in writing, or
• Requested by us in writing and approved by the client in writing.

This ensures full transparency and control for our clients over how their data is handled.

We have stringent internal audit procedures in place to ensure the security of all data and adhere to all international standards for managing information as set out by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Our UK office are experts in all aspects of cyber security and all staff in the UK and the Philippines complete regular staff Cyber Awareness Training (CAT). As well as training your offshore staff, we can also facilitate a training course for your head office team. We utilise cutting edge anti-virus protection on all our computers, cloud storage and ensure any transfer of data is migrated securely.

In the unlikely event of a security breach, we have a Data Breach Procedure and will report to the ICO within 72 hours.
