Yes. iO candidates hold finance and accounting qualifications and complete a two-week UK-focused academy before starting with you. They are trained on UK tax rules, accounting standards, and the software your firm uses. They are not generalist admins, they are qualified finance professionals.
Yes. Your client data stays in your systems. iO team members access your cloud software through your own firm's accounts, Xero, QuickBooks, your document management system. They do not hold client data locally. Data processing agreements are in place and iO operates with GDPR alignment throughout.
An iO placement typically costs significantly less than an equivalent UK hire at current market rates, often 50% less on a total employment cost basis.
